Overall good experience. Navigation could be improved, had trouble getting back to where I left off after changing subs choices to see the effect it would have (dependent vs no dependent, health insurance)

Over the last several years, the question/enter steps often mislead or do not address a block on the tax form. It often makes the customer guess on his tax status on a particular item; even an easy item. I believe whoever does your final review is a CPA who cannot see easy issues as he understands tax code so well that he zips thru it. Also, a software developer who doesn't understand what the CPA wants changes the program as a software developer. Anyway, the product is not as good as it use to be. I use it then go thru it as if I am filling out an IRS form by hand. I am fault too. I trusted the program too much.

Getting to be more expensive but still a good product. Wish that when you buy the deluxe it would include a "free" state filing instead of charging extra for that.
