I HAVE BEEN USING H&R DELUXE SOFTWARE FOR OVER 20 YEARS, AND HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH ANY OF MY TAX RETURNS. IT IS VERY EASY TO USE AND CORRECTS YOU IF YOU MAKE A MISTAKE, AND I HAVE MADE ALOT OF THEM.

Have used Deluxe for 4 years. Never had any problems either in processing the taxes or filing on line. And ours are somewhat complicated in that we have two pensions and always have deductions above the standard deduction.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

It is an easy software to use. It has most of the help you need. I only have to look up a couple questions on my own each year. I have been using H&R Block software for about a decade and a half now. I recommend it all the time.

Constant problems with MAC. Unusable. Had t- by the competitor product which made the process much harder and longer but we had not choice since the software constantly kicks you out if you have a MAC. I looked and many people were saying exactly the same thing so it wasn’t my (new) IMac. It was the software.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
