Not easy to navigate. I know the tax laws are constantly changing and becoming more complex, but for crying out loud, tell me how I can avoid paying the IRS every year!
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare

The question and answer format makes the software easy to use. Also, the software found a tax saving feature on my state taxes that wasn't available on the state tax website.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents

The tax program did not carry through information from the worksheet to the return. I called Block about it. They agreed there was an issue and they were supposed to get back to be about resolving it but they never did
