We have used this for years, but I think not any more. Our refund was weeks late because the return was wrong based on pandemic stimulus credits. It is also notoriously hard to upload previous years info. I’ll be switching to TurboTax next year.

Windows version works well, but Mac version failed me miserably on my tax day with a software bug (kept crashing right after W2 was all entered). Had to buy Windows version at the end, so it cost me double.

The software is simple to use, but sometimes the government's changes can be botched. Such as the economic give aways are problematic and the capability to have questions answered is difficult; it would be nice to have the ability to talk to a real person to straighten out a lack of understanding. The logic of the tax forms escapes me.
Pros: Easy to import documents
