You spend a lot of time answering questions without knowing where the answers will go. It would be nice to have an option to fill in the forms directly.
Cons: Time consuming

I've used HR Block software for 20 yrs so know how it works. I usually skip the interview and just fill out forms. Some stuff is complicated (thanks congress) so then I use parts of interview and double check the results. Filing an amended return is tricky and manually done so that could be better. I like the compare to last year as it helps validate what I've entered. Could have better help built in or links to help.

I’ve used HR Block since it was TaxCut. It works fine, but don’t rely on the follow-up support. I tried to call Block after receiving a letter and bill from the state about an error in my tax filing. Impossible to talk with a human at Block! It it wasn’t so hard to switch to Turbo, I would!
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare

Did not fit on my MacBook Air properly. Could not make it fit no matter how many adjustments. Caused me to make mistakes 2 years running even though the program said my return had no mistakes. Will probably use paper returns from now on.
