Verified Purchase:Yes
Easier to use than other brands, but now that I’m in my mid-40’s and my eyes aren’t what they used to be, it’s too hard to read the text, and zooming in via windows crops out critical content.
So not likely to use or recommend to anyone without perfect eyesight.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Would not work. Despite downloading a transcript from the government confirming our AGI it kept rejecting our federal return and consequently our state return. So we had to mail in paper returns. And we needed a second state and had to purchase that extra. Never again.

Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

I would absolutely recommend this tax software. I’ve been using it faithfully for years and have zero complaints. I used to use a different one but it glitched on me and I couldn’t get any help and had to do it over with different software. This software. I’ve been a customer every year since. There is a peace of mind knowing that there is help a phone call away if I need it. I haven’t. But it’s nice to know.

Great product, When I used Tax software I always used H&R Block Tax software with both federal and state programs i wouldn't except or trust anything else.
