Every other tax software out there has a better UI. This is garbage that hasn't been updated since it was written in the 90's. The experience was also clunky. Not to mention I found out AFTER paying for this software up front, that a different service would have gotten me the same amount with the same information. Their money back whatever whatever is such a pain, and I doubted anything would come of it, I chose to just move on with my life.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not as good as previous years, but still a bargain

The program got hung up several times, necessitating closing and re-opening. Save frequently! The auto-save feature isn't frequent enough. If you've used this software in the past, expect it to take about double the time this year.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming

Been using H&R Block since 2004 after the flaw I found with Turbo T*x. Usually pretty easy to use and I usually get a pretty good refund.

The federal tax return is great. The Arkansas program does not work. It is easier, quicker, more accurate, and cheaper to file manually. The Washington, DC tax software is great.

I have 3 friends and myself that I efile taxes for however I keep getting an error message stating that I am trying to efile too many returns.
