I’ve always liked this software for my taxes. I did use their help line for the first time. Only problem was it took almost an hour and two people to help me find my answer. I couldn’t find where “qualified charitable contributions “ were input. It was my fault for going to fast, but help line had a very difficult time locating the fix-finding where I could input data

Have use H&R Block for probably 10 years now and have found it to be easy to install, easy to use, and easy to file returns. Very reasonable price. Free upgrades to insure latest info in return.
