On packing mentioned State is included but additional fee charged for filing online. This is unfair and miscommunication to customers as we don't need incomplete solutions from any provider.

Product is non functional on Mac without jumping through hoops to bypass basic Mac security features that every other software company is able to handle without issue. Months of updates still haven’t fixed the problem.

The program entered erroneous information which caused me to pay more taxes than I owed. When I tried to rectify the issue, your program refused the input. The program also never filled out the correct forms necessary to cover the erroneous entry.

The only issue I had with this product was the consistent delays in updating the software. Consequently, it delay the filing of tax returns for certain members of my family.
