H&R Block Deluxe + State works great for doing tax returns for myself and several family members. I appreciate the free Federal on-line filing, and having the ability to do the state returns also.

I have been using H&R Block software for several years. It’s super simple to navigate and very easy to enter information. It also Carrie’s over the basic information from your previous year. I would never consider using anything else.

HR Block totally dropped the ball with CT updates this year. Even the "updated" form contained errors. Ended up using CT state filing, which by the way is free, and correct This is likely the last year I will use HRB.
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare
