I have found the software simple to install, easy to use, and the end results have always been accurate. You can go directly to the forms or use the step by step process. I've been using H&R Block software for several years and never disappointed. Having the ability to carry forward all of the data from year to year really makes it easy and prevents simple errors.

They miscalculated the stimulus paid and IRS caught it delaying refund. Glad I didn’t spend it. BTW I entered all the info the software asked for correctly

Have used this software for years. It is easy to use and has usually been right on the money. This year was different. It showed that I had no errors....but the IRS said I did and kicked it back. The only difference in my return was the stimulus checks. Needless to say, I have to pay big time. I don't think the software actually had updates that included the stimulus - and I updated the software and filed late.

Wasn't quite as good as the online I had used for several years. I did an import, but, it didn't seem like it caught everything, so, I had to manually enter stuff from last years. Also, wasn't as good as online was for 100' of stock transactions
