Totally useless if you have any stock trades.

Not as easy to use as other tax software I used in the past. But the major problem is that the program doesn't know how to manage stock sales. It kept getting into a do-loop asking for me to enter data on every one of my 132 stocks I bought and sold for the year. This data was down loaded directly from the broker. I shouldn't have had to touch it. Then to add insult to injury, it would say I have completed all the requests.
Then it would go back and ask me the same question all over again. I had to go through multiple loops with different sets of data before I satisfied you software and finally let me out of the endless do-loops. It was the final night when taxes were to so I spent hours struggling with the useless program. Otherwise I would have thrown the software in the trash and gone back to TurboTax which I have used for years without any prolbems.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have used H&R Block tax software for 15 years and appreciate their step-by-step help through the whole process of filing our and now my income tax reports.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have used your product for many, many years. This year was awful, I submitted my federal and paid for state filing on April 1st. Both returns aren’t submitted, I finally got my federal return to go thru once I submitted my agi from 2020. I don’t think I will bother with this again.

Horrible tax software

I did return and it approved it and said I was getting refund . It said no mistakes and now it turns out I owe $2688
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund

Miscalculations

The first few years my returns have been correct. On the 2020 and 2021 returns I was informed by the IRS that my returns were not accurate. I also found the instructions were not clear or did not have an adequate explanation.
Cons: Hard to prepare
