Most everything works well and is easy to follow. However, if there is a problem it takes several years for H&R Block to fix it. Example, I recommended putting the SAVE button at the top so you can save it as you go rather than at the end or in the pull down tab. After several years of requesting, it was done. Also, for some reason, my state program is either not listed or downloaded previously but will not open to prepare the state taxes. This has happened a few times over the years. Each time I have to call and get another state download at no cost. Frustrating!

Missing tax forms that have been avaliable years

Unacceptable that is it is missing forms that other programs have had for years
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The program is easy to follow, has helpful educational notes, FAQ anticipate my thoughts,
asks the user to verify the correct information from the forms which have been imported.
Purchase is well worth the money. I have confidence my return is accurate, plus the audit offer if needed is a good companion to the return.

Would not use! Always crashes!

Would not recommend! Product continually crashed while trying to enter information. System is up to date. Software is up to date. Took entirely too long to enter information only to have it crash and loose information. Hopefully you remember to save while working but even then it lost information as it would crash!

spouse and I had insurance thru employer but error was saying 1095A Marketplace insurance, it would not delete that form and we had no data for it so could not file our taxes now for two months.
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents
