Concerns with software and help system

I have used for many many years but will need to change now because the software (and online system) would not allow filing of Form 8915-F with this year's return (I had used 8915-E last year). Help system was slow (wait time over an hour) and could not help with filing. I was required to send in additional information (8915-F) in hard copy by mail.
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Always problems with installing and sending efile

Without exception, every year a have problems with installing and then keep asking many times to update the program before sending the e file and stays in the loop and sends nothing. Try to speak with some one, never answers. You can stay for hours and receive no answer. Its website does not provide any technical help at all.

I really like the product. The chat feature isn't any help though. I used it twice and didn't get anywhere. Other than that it's great.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents, Fast

Bad Activation Code!

Activation Code was automatically downloaded when I purchased program. When I attempted to efile, after inputting all the data, I got a notice of a problem with the activated code and instructed to call tech support. Automated support sent me a new code, but I had to enter it three times before it worked. There was no instruction whether to use all caps or a dash, or to just copy and paste it from the email to the filing. It only worked when I copied and pasted the code. Fix your G-D instructions!!! I've used your product for over 10 years, but a screw-up like this is never acceptable!! When you get big you get sloppy. Clean up your quality control!

I have had nothing but trouble this year. I have used H&R Block software for years. I needed form 8915f and the software doesn’t support it. I was told to do my taxes online. When I get to the part for 8915f it said I had to pay extra and let someone else do my taxes. I went ahead and tried to do my sisters taxes and when I submitted for e-file it said she had already submitted when she hadn’t. I tried to do my daughters and when she e- it said her 2020 agi was not correct. I checked several times and it was. This year’s software is useless. Wasted my money

Worst software I have ever used.

I have used H&R for many years and this is the worst. They did not include form 8915-F in the software and I spent three days including it in my taxes, which I had to mail without being able to send it electronically. This is a gross exclusion of what was needed.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Frustrated doesn’t connect to online account.

There is no way to connect to my online account. There is not an easy way to save ALL the documents onto my computer.
Cons: Hard to import documents
