Good "BUT"

Type is too small. It can't be enlarged without loosing the view of the page. The Recovery Rebate Credit is confusing. It asks the question " did you receive the recovery credit, click yes or no. The question should also include " did you receive the stimulus check Yes or No. I didn't know that they are the same thing and filed my return incorrectly. Other than those complaints it was easy to use and worked good

For older filers, it is hard to read small type on the computer screen. Although my Apple Mac allows for increased letters/numbers, your program doesn’t allow this feature.

Product does a passable job completing your taxes. I would like to see a feature that would make it very simple (one button) to print the current screen
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
Cons: Time consuming

Finest Kind of Software

This is our 6th year of using H&R Block Software for Federal and State filing. They cover everything as if they made it for themselves. Seamless as usual.
Pros: Easy to prepare
I would recommend this to a friend!

TOO MANY FEATURES

I have used H&R Block software for awhile now. It had been relatively easy to use. But now it makes you go through so many screens and questions about topics that DO NOT APPLY! I try to unclick the boxes but it still makes me go through the entire questioning about items that I do not need to report! Very frustrating. ALSO, THE PRINT IS TOO SMALL! I have to virtually have my nose on the screen to be able to read the instructions! I was not happy with using this software for tax filing this year.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Software easy to install; however the HELP awful

After 6 tries at various hours of day, and trying both under Software Support and HELP numbers Either no one answered or disconnected. The only person I spoke with transferred me and after 50 minutes no one answered. When I left request for call back NO ONE has ever returned the call. I waited between 30 minutes and 50 minutes on 6 different calls. The Chat feature with virtual Assistant was also a failure.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Impports info from previous year returns thus facilitating the process.

There two errors in the software. One prevented me from submitting my state return, and the other required me to file an amendment to my federal return. I tried to get help, but was sent to the wrong place, stayed on hold for 1/2 hour, and my problem wasn’t solved.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
