Taxes Made easy

I have used this software for 6 years and it seems easier every year. It is so easy to use & the assistance is the best. I wouldn’t use anything else!
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast
I would recommend this to a friend!

Lousy Support

Waited over 30 minutes to get representative who immediately put me on hold for another 45 minutes
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy and accurate efiling every time! Downloaded, filled out and submitted within a few hours. Helpful for listing and calculating household donations.

Don't Waste Your Money

After spending 14 hours trying to install the software I am giving up. I've spent 4 hours on the phone with support alone regarding my 1722 install error, which some have noted comes up as an issue every year. Don't waste your money!
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Does not work when filling

Last year worked great. This year no good. Will not accept your file for 2021. It rejects any time you try to file. Reason given spouse AGI does not match IRS amount. Did all checks and there is a glitch somewhere in either HR Block software or IRS software. Only choice left is to mail in. What a pain and cost more money to send to IRS. I already paid for HR program to do it for you.
