Your Software Bug

I completed and filed federal and state returns yesterday. Since then I have been receiving about 5 pairs of e-mails per hour (maybe 40 by now) telling me that my returns had been successfully submitted. I think you have a software problem.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast
I would recommend this to a friend!

Get too many emails

Get 4 emails every 30 minutes saying that my federal and state return was submitted and accepted. It is annoying. Have used this for years. This needs to be fixed or I will never use or recommend again.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast

Didn't have an issue until I submitted my federal. Since I submitted my federal have received 47 emails telling me I have submitted o or that is been recieved, and that's just in the last 14 hours. Totally unacceptable. I don't know if it's been submitted multiple times or the program is junk this year.
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Software Glitch - Continuous E-mail Notification

I have received over 50 e-mails notifying me that my e-filing has been accepted.
I continue to receive these e-mails. This software needs an update of its forms which waste paper. My state requires a copy of my Fed return & the # of pages won't fit in a business envelope. IRS forms are much more compact.

I submitted a tax return and ils is on a loop.

the return has sent an email saying the return has been submitted and approved at least 25 times. There is a charge for the Colorado return that only shows up when the return was originally filed. How can I get this resolved?

After completing my taxes (with no problems) and submitting them I am now getting bombarded with 4 emails every hour (it's been 10 hours) telling me I have submitted both my Federal and State forms and that they have been accepted. There is no way I can see other than this feedback to try to get them to stop

Poor notification management

After I submitted my tax return, HRBlock email system continues bombarding my email box with same confirmations more than 20 times. Poor communication management!

Cons: Hard to import documents
