The software did everything expected

Worked fine. Did everything it was supposed to and e-filing was easy. BUT you really didn't need to send me 17 messages telling me it was submitted successfully then 17 more messages that it was accepted by the IRS.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
I would recommend this to a friend!

I received 36 emails that my return was successfully submitted your 2021 return
Pros: Easy to prepare

Over 100 notifications

I filed my federal and state returns yesterday. As of this morning i have received over 100 email notifications that I had filed, or my return had been accepted. I fear something is wrong!

I've been using H&R Block since I've been doing my Income Tax return using software since the 1990s. I would normally give a 5-star rating for an excellent product. I was tempted to give this year's a 1 star or lower, only because THIS YEAR instead of just notifying me once that my efile return has been sent and accepted, I have been spammed every 5 minutes for the past 9 hours with requests to fill out this survey. ENOUGH!

Why after I submitted my Federal return did I get FOURTEEN emails telling me that I had successfully submitted it, starting at 7:00 pm a couple hours after submission, with the last one (so far) at 6"42 the next morning?
Cons: Hard to prepare

I use efiles on your s/w. It was accepted by Federal and State, but you have emailed me 68 msgs so far that say the same thing. Please turn them off

Sw worked fine for my return. However I'm not pleased with my daughters return. I keep getting emails that the return was accepted. About 10 last night and another 20 this morning.
