On the Federal side the program is excellent and very intuitive to use. As long as you go through and answer all the questions you can be sure you are getting your maximum refund. If you have to file a state return it is not the same. You need to have some knowledge as to what you are doing. This filing is my last year having to file a state return since i am now in Florida.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have been using H&R Block tax software for 20 years or more and I'm not about to change now. There is not any problem using this software. The IRS has accepted my filing every year without any kickback.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents, Fast

The software highlights a lot of obscure facts that saved me money. Why try to keep up with the IRS changes each year?

Software was good and easy to use. Took me longer because I am visually impaired. Had to keep enlarging print on each page, but I got it done.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund
Cons: Hard to import documents

I was most annoyed with the lack of software updates early in the filing season. I was also frustrated that my version for Mac would not update through the application. I was forced to go to the web site, search for the update, download the update and then manually install.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

seems accurate but quite difficult to navigate. shows things that are unusual at end but not much help in fixing
