Delay for Forms

Very disappointed at the unexpected delays for a simple SS worksheet. Cause about a 30-day delay in filing. I could have filed on other free websites without delay.

EVERYTHING WENT SMOOTH, EXCEPT SSI WORKSHEET BASIC FORM SHOULD BEEN INTALLED WITH NO UPDATE

It helps with the basics. It doesn't offer sufficient explanation as to when I need to do something in some situation. A link to their internet site explaining it in further detail may help. Also, when filling out a second state they don't import the information from that state. Should have that as an option. Additionally, my tax return when down despite the fact my deductions went up by more than my increase in wages. It might be nice to point this out and help with comparing the two since I've been filing with this software for the last five years.

Not happy with this year's tax software.

I bought this software in December but had to wait until Feb 17, for the latest update, before filling my federal tax returns. Not sure why it took so long for the updates. Seeing that no other tax program had to wait for IRS forms, I guess it was you that caused the delay.
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Your software has too may updates. your forms are shown as no final while the IRS or California has them as final.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents

Buy this program every year. Give a GOOD for this year because of updating. It appears it's only updated about every 2 weeks. Was ready to file over a week ago BUT because of some update needed I was unable to file. Realize the updates come from the IRS. In the future updating a few times a week might be better for those waiting to file.
