HR needs to develop software for retirees

I only utilized about 10% of the software's features. I would like to see a more simplified program for retirees with income under %250K
Pros: Fast
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents

This is the second year that I've used the H&R block deluxe software. It is so easy to use. I was able to complete my state, federal and school taxes within a short period of time. The ease of doing my taxes is no longer something I dread thanks to H&R software
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents, Fast

This program is awful use something else!

I was unable to e-file because the program would not upload the PDF document that it need. I was on hold with the so called customer support for over an hour and three different calls. before I was able to at least get my fed taxes files. I will be moving to Turbo Tax next year
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I Buy HR Block every year.. The program imports prior years info, all I have to do is edit. Super easy to use.and the software guides you through the process. Excellent product.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast
