There were hyperlinks to explain terms that were foreign to me, and the questions were broken down into layman's terms.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast

Would recommend this software 100%. Very helpful in filling out any and all forms needed to file your tax return. If you need "live help" this is avaiable and easy to reach as well

While definitely improved there are still some problems. For example while filing the program shut down and said original filing did not go through so i ended up filing twice.

Overall, the software is easy to use and does some of the heavy lifting for me, which I appreciate. It didn't produce an accurate QBI number, so I had to do it manually, and the IRS disagreed with how I calculated it (no penalties, thankfully). The chat support was also helpful when the IRS rejected my e-file, even though the AGI number they wanted from the previous year (to confirm my identity) was correct. The chat can be improved, though. It wasn't clear whether someone was coming for several minutes, so I almost closed the window, thinking it wasn't working.

A complete waste of time and money this year I've done 4 or 5 times and this is the worst the program is inconsistent misleading and wrong.
