Software failed with second State download, worked second time, but charged me twice. Failed to submit another State, but charged me three times! No way to contact customer service, thank goodness I have good customer service with my credit card company

I have been using H&R Block since it was first called Tax Cut. I am a CPA, but tax is not my specialty. I rely on H&R Block software to get the details right and they do.

I have used the software for years. the first time I needed help I found it was virtually non-existent. SO disappointing!
