Terrible support. Impossible to reach a human that actually knows anything about their own tax software. I gave up.

Gave it a try because it seemed like TurboTax was getting too expensive. Big regrets. The user experience isn't near as good in related to interview style flow and intuitive links to help resources. Too many clicks to complete worksheets etc. Visually it's like someone has a spreadsheet in the background to complete.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Lacking robustness in handling amendments to state

If you have to file an amended state return, the software can’t handle it properly, nor does it provide clear instructions or onboard assistance. You have to muddle your way through it. Competing tax software handled it just fine.
