Crashes all the time. None of my financial data could be loaded automatically from usaa or Schwab (usaa connection not available, schwab consistently crashed) except for one of my kid’s w2s (1/5 successfully loaded automatically). The rest I had to enter manually) after entering different categories of data, it was never clear which categories were entered or skipped which means you had to go through the entire questionnaire to review. Took 3 times longer to do.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Probably due to covid tax changes, lots of updates made this year after people were already completing their taxes. It worked out for me because I waited until the last minute to file
