The HRB deluxe 2020 software was excellent for the most part. I feel confident that the return was prepared properly. The final stages of printing and saving the result were a bit confusing... but then I'm not all that skilled in computing technology.

The software itself and the recording of data and calculating taxes worked very well. I have no problem at all with that. My issue occurred after an update of the software that I am reasonably sure just changed the due dates. After that happened, I attempted to eFile my return and it was rejected because it was a copy and not the original return. I wound up filing on paper. That is the only reason for the three stars-other performance is 5 stars.
