Price keeps going up, but it's still a pretty good deal. It's not always completely intuitive, but not too bad. I got easy access to help through the chat. After using it for five years, I haven't found any errors in it.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents

I would have given it 5 stars for the federal but only one for the state(AZ). I had to over ride it to get a social security deduction that I was entitled to and as a result no e-file.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund
