I've used H&R Block tax software Deluxe for several years and only have had a couple of problems with it. They were resolved. I talked with customer support and talked with a bored woman who pointed me in the right direction. I'd say the program is a good all around tax program and do recommend it.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming

I really like this software & I have used it for several years. The only thing I would like to see is that I can request the short version or non-deductible version for my Federal tax return. I know I don't have enough deductions to do the long forms . . . . I use the standard deduction. So it would be nice not to have to answer so many questions.

Cons: Time consuming
