This product is UNUSABLE if you have a lot of investment transaction imported from your financial institution. The IRS allows "like" transactions to be grouped together. For example, selling a mutual fund on one date where the buy dates for Var-Long transactions can be grouped together and Var-Short transactions can be grouped together. This software does not do this. I have to manually scroll and review over 300 investment transactions when, in reality, I could hand enter 10.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have been happy with the software and have used it for years, however, I have complained every year that it does not include e-file for state.I don't need 5 fed e-files.
I copy and mail my state return every year.
