Amazing tool for tracking daily health.

The app was pretty intuitive and interesting to watch glucose levels in real time. The app gives you a “Lingo Count” to try and help you better understand your glucose spikes & troughs and how to identify what causes these to make lifestyle changes.

Applying it was very simple and painless and it stayed secure. The app was extremely easy to navigate and gives helpful insights about a lot of different things!

Great For Health Monitoring

I love that the app is so easy to download and walks you through setup. The biosensor is easy to attach, but a little painful and uncomfortable. I like the app starts working right away and you can get a good overview of your glucose levels throughout the day. It works well, but I don't think I could wear it longterm.

Being able to see my glucose in real time has completely changed the way I understand my body and how different foods affects me. It’s one thing to read about nutrition but it’s another experience entirely to actually see how specific meals impact your glucose almost instantly.
This device has truly helped me make more informed choices and become more mindful about what I eat. The setup was simple, the readings are accurate and the app is very user friendly. It gives clear insights and trends that are easy to understand, and you can also personalize and track different foods or activities which makes the experience even more helpful. It’s also incredibly easy to apply, quick simple and painless. After applying it you barely even notice it’s there.
I highly recommend this product not only for people with diabetes or blood sugar concerns, but for anyone’s who wants to better understand their metabolism and improve their overall health. It is genuinely change my perspective on food and wellness.

Very cool wellness tech device

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very surprised how painless it was to apply the continuous glucose monitor. The needle looks long but surprisingly I felt nothing during application except for the pressure and the click.
It's really great having a way to visualize glucose spikes and track this health data. I never thought that would be something possible for those that don't have diabetes.
I can see that on my sedentary workdays versus on more active weekends, my body handles food much differently.
II have a bad habit of snacking throughout the day instead of eating regular meals, and I had no idea how unhealthy it was and was keeping my glucose levels constantly elevated.
A couple tips for when you get started: place the monitor slightly at the back of your arm but towards the inside so that you don‘t bump into it on door frames.
There's no need to apply medical tape over it (I almost did) to help the sensor stay on as the adhesive is very strong, even when I take long showers. There is about an hour waiting period after application before you get your first glucose readings. Apply it early on in the day to ensure you can get a full day’s worth of tracking.
There can also be a Bluetooth syncing issues in the first 24 hours. Turning your Bluetooth off and on and your phone off and on can help get you connected again.

Informative, user-friendly, and painless!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been testing out the Lingo blood glucose monitor and is user-friendly and a informative. I am non diabetic and looking to clean up my diet and improve in my health. The Lingo setup process was very easy and labeled on the app and the paper instructions along with photos. The sensor that you stick onto your arm did not hurt at all, it felt like a stamp. Having a tiny sensor like this is game changing. It sends real time levels to the app instantly. The app has easy to navigate graphs, and activity logs, and food logs. These graphs are great at showing you what foods will spike your glucose so you can avoid the "crash" in energy levels. The adhesive on the sensor is very strong and withstood my daily activities and lasts the full two weeks. I was a night time snacker and never feel rested in the morning, by the end of week one I visually seen just how much those spikes in refined sugar effects me. If I could give this extra stars I would because this is life changing knowledge that everyone can benefit from.
