[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a fun couple of weeks to see how food spikes my glucose. It turns out if I eat good and balanced there is no big spike. Exercise affects it too which is interesting. It’s almost like you can cancel out a regular food spike with a walk. Protein with every meal helps. I ate pizza for breakfast one time and it spiked my glucose pretty big. I have to say there were some days where I felt like I was crashing but the evidence did not show this glucose wise. It was very easy to apply and I didn’t have any adhesion issues at all. It was an interesting two weeks. I was sick of it after a week but got so used to it after two weeks I was sad for it to turn off once my subscription was up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great device, with amazing accuracy into glucose levels. It was very easy to install and extremely comfortable to have on. The app is very easy to use and navigate. I would recommend to anyone trying to learn more about their body and get a sense of their glucose levels.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was nervous to put this on my arm, taking the circle part out and seeing the needle made me nervous. I ended up asking my husband to put it on and for as long as the needle looked I was so surprised because I didn’t feel a thing! It does suggest putting it on the back of the arm and not where tattoos or moles are (I had my husband put it on a blank part of my tattoo/back arm). It stays on really well, I’ve had no problem of it falling off between being active, showering etc it’s still as great as it was the first day on my arm. The design is so small, simple and sleek. You don’t even feel it if you’re sleeping on your arm. The app is amazing! I didn’t know much about glucose besides the fact that mine might be off due to not being able to loose weight since having three kids. The app explains everything — what each marker means, why it matters, what info you should be adding & so much more. The graphs are also a huge bonus to be able to look at your levels and see them on a graph whether you want to know what it’s looked like for a single day or multiple days/weeks. I highly recommend this to anyone questioning their glucose levels and wanting to understand what’s happening in their body better!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been wearing the Lingo Continuous Glucose Monitor for about 2 weeks now and its been eye opening. I had no idea how much my blood sugar was fluctuating throughout the day based on what I was eating, when I was moving, and even how stressed I was.
Setup was super simple - the app walks you through everything step by step. Putting the sensor on my arm took maybe 30 seconds. Once it's on, you forget it's even there.
What I love most isnhow much this thing teaches you. The app has a whole resource section with educational articles, guides on how to read your Lingo graph, and even recipes. There's also a challenges tab that keeps you motivated, and a weekly snapshot that gives you a real overview of how your body responded to the week. You can log meals, track your blood sugat graph in real time, and it integrates with Google Health and Apple Health so your workouts sync automatically.
This isn't just a tool for diabetes, its for anyone who wants to understand their body better. Highly recommen if you're into wellness and biohackjng your everyday habits.
