If you suffer low glucose i would recommend buying this item

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently started using the Lingo biosensor made by Abbott and it’s honestly been eye-opening. It’s my first time using it and I was concerned how painful it can be, but you can’t feel it at all. Set up was super easy and instructions are very clear. It’s designed for normal daily life so you don’t have to take it of during bathing and it’s stays attached.
For the long time I’ve been struggling with constant fatigue and dizziness, but my blood tests always came back “normal”, which was frustrating. After using a Lingo I finally found something important - my glucose level being dropped lower than 60 before bed, which is a little bit below normal range. What’s really surprised me is that I do eat a lot of sugar, gluten etc and I never expected low glucose (worried about high glucose and pre- diabetes) . I could actually see the spikes and drops. Because of that monitor I was able to quickly fix my low glucose back up with peanut butter and crackers. That’s kind of immediate feedback is something you don’t get from occasional lab test.
This little device can show you everything, it’s not only about what food you eat, It’s also about how active you are. Lot of things you can monitor with it, pretty cool to see your body response in real time. In the app, you can also set up your daily goal and see your improvement. It’s been a game changer for me and I’m truly recommending this to anybody regarding their health. Very interesting to simply experiment and see your metabolism or build a new habits.

A game change

I have been able to see in my habits what causes the drops and spikes and how my day to day movement plays a huge role in how my body functions. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone just to get their insights.

Painless but Confusing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the lingo continuous glucose monitor for 2 weeks. I want to preface first that the needle on this sensor is long enough that I couldn't put the device on myself because I was scared. However, once I got put in, I realized that it was completely painless. I did have issues with it bleeding the first day or so. Would I try this product out again? Yes. However, not with the way that the app exists currently. First of all I had issues with it. Staying Bluetooth connected to my device. But 100% of the reason I can't rate this product higher is because the app made absolutely no sense to me. Not only is the way that you have to add food not at all user-friendly, but you can't go back and see previous data either. So the only actual glucose monitoring input that you're getting is if you are staring at the app the whole time. The device itself I enjoyed. The app needs to be get tossed aside and recreated.
The most head scratching part probably was after I removed the device though. Why did I have two spots that look like there was a hole that was poked into me? There was only one needle.

User Friendly and Reliable Glucose Monitor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was my first time using a Glucose Monitor and I was very impressed with how user friendly it is. The app was easy to set up and provided clear step by step instructions for applying the device. It also seems to be very accurate, I noticed spikes after consuming different foods or drinks, which made it interesting to track patterns and understand my body’s response.
The adhesive is very strong and reliable. It stayed securely in place through showers, workouts outs and even attempts from my four year old to pull it off my arm. Overall I had a great experience using this tool to gain insight into my daily habits and health.

Super cool

The device goes on the back of your upper arm it connects to your phone via Bluetooth and the app tracks. Your blood glucose nonstop. The app is really cool too. It has a lot of tips to help. keep your blood glucose normal it tells you what you should eat how you should take a walk after you eat and things like that, I’ve never really paid attention to my blood glucose, but after wearing this device, it really makes me think about what I eat, and how it affect my body.

Life saving!!!

I had a good connectivity to my phone although I had to connect it a couple times so my ISO device is the battery as well. It also keeps a lot of your data which is wonderful and the alert alerts for your glucose is also
