Helpful tool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this monitor for 8 days now- most of which were vacation days while my kids have been on spring break, so l've been off my typical routine. It's been very insightful especially since l've been eating less healthy than I typically do. I had to wait until I had a chunk of days off from work, since I work with MRI machines and cannot wear this while at work.
Pros: food insights, comfort of application (I didn't even feel it! Not even a pinch), comfort of wearing, durability - I wasn't sure if it would get loose without an extra covering, but it has stuck on perfectly.
Cons: it only monitors 55 or above. There were times my blood sugar dropped below 55, but it just lists as lower than 55, which was disappointing. I had a few compression lows while sleeping, and because of that, I had a wrong "lingo score" but if I deleted it, it also deleted my breakfast score. I had a big 8 hour gap in my monitoring today, and I'm not sure why (The app was open and running in the background).
Overall, it was a helpful learning experience. I will say, in a weird way, it didn't quite help me think of the food I was putting in my body like I normally do (limiting portion sizes when I feel full, etc) bc I was focused on what the blood sugar result would show. I am excited to see how returning to my exercise routine and healthy eating habits this weekend show up in my blood sugar numbers.

Love Lingo

Easy to use, friendly user

The sensors stay on well. It is a bit pricey compared to other glucose monitors. Other than that, everything is good and meets my expectations

One of the best health products on the market

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoyed using the Lingo Continuous glucose monitor. The application of the product was very simple and it didn’t hurt. I also didn’t really notice it was in my arm unless I accidentally touched it without thinking. I wore it for 2 weeks and not once did it feel like it was going to come off either! My favorite part about this product was being able to track how my glucose would trend throughout the week. The app was easy to use and you can even track food and exercise so that you can understand the trends a little further. After eating certain foods I could see my glucose spike up, or other habits, such as walks where it would trend down (without me entering into the app), making me believe in the accuracy of Lingo. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who isn’t diabetic to get an idea of what’s going on with your body. I’d use this again.
