Super cool device that changed my way of eating

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am fascinated by Lingo, it is a super cool device that has helped me understand how my body responds to certain foods. This past two years I have started taking more care of my body and this is what I needed to really look into what I feed my body. The insertion was a little scary before I put it I was scared but honestly I even laugh after because I didn’t feel a thing, it was more my anxiety of putting that needle in my arm. No pain it’s just the noise :). I’m really happy I got to try it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really intrigued when I saw this product and immediately wanted to try it out just to see how all the different foods I was eating, were effecting my body. This product even has an app that helps you track your blood glucose continuously. The monitor was easy to get started using. It doesn't hurt either. I looked that it lasts 2 weeks or longer if you want. Just keep everything clean & you're good to go. You'll be able to see a lot of info that may help you out. I know that it has helped me learn quite a bit that I didn't know. I am glad to have been able to try it out and would definitely recommend this for anyone that isn't taking insulin products!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very easy to use. Has a very strong adhesive that doesn’t fall off. The alerts are very good and helpful. Battery lasts very very long. Very accurate readings and collects data accordingly and fast.

Easy installation and instructions Quick delivery and im being honest so easy to apply and connect to your phone Love it!

This is great for those that need to track their glucose levels if they are on the border of PCOS like myself or other disorders that relate to these specific levels. I have to say that the way it tracks my food intake to see how much of certain sugars I am consuming was great in helping me eat healthier foods.

The setup was quick and straightforward - the app guided more step by step and the sensor applied easily with minimal discomfort . Once activated, the real time glucose insights started almost immediately, and I love how clear and simple the app interface is.
What impressed me most is how helpful the data is for everyday lifestyle choices. The sensor stays in place well, feels lightweight and I often forget I’m wearing it.

How it fit into my routine

And I liked seeing how certain foods spiked me. The app can lag a bit and disconnect, but having realtime nudges actually made me rethink a few habits.

Good but bad connectivity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I won’t lie I was a little scared to put this on and thought it would hurt but it actually don’t, it just felt like a little pinch. However it disconnects so much throughout the day and it gets really annoying. The product itself is good and helpful though. It’s very durable and secure onto the skin. Gives you updates throughout the day depending on what your readings are. I enjoy this but the connectivity needs to be fixed
