Know You Better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A fun way to find out how what you eat effects your body, mood, energy, and sleep. Setup is as simple as downloading and app and pressing the applicator on your arm. The instructions are easy to follow and the app offers a lot of tips and insights to your managing your glucose. You can watch how food and drinks affect your body in real time. I figured out why I keep waking up throughout the night because of glucose spikes from eating too late in the evening. So I’ve cut myself off at an earlier time and have been sleeping noticeable better. A well known author and podcaster says everyone should try monitoring glucose at least once just to get a better understanding of your body and its relationship to certain types of foods and I couldn’t agree more.

Very easy to use!

The application was very easy and painless (though the needle at first seems scary but you really don’t notice it at all on setup). The local area of my arm felt a bit uncomfortable for the first two days and then it fades away and you don’t notice it. The app is very easy to use and if you carefully log in activities or food you had it helps you identify patterns.

Love this continuous glucose monitor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This monitor stays on great! I roll in my sleep , take hot baths, etc & it has stayed on through it all. It monitors great with minute - minute readings and also have a logging option for your food / daily activities. I definitely recommend this monitor for anyone looking to monitor for diet / lifestyle purposes. It can have some moments were it’s a gives off a low reading but only while sleeping on it / in hot baths etc so definitely would not rely on this for any medical purposes.
