[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did not personally use this for myself but I did use it for my dad . Super easy to apply to the skin and seems durable and should hold up . Kind of a weird item to me But it does seem to keep track of your glucose and will be great to help with changing your diet needs .

Loved the information it gave, but device didn't last the full 14 days

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately, the device didn't stay on my arm the full 14 days. The stickiness failed and it came detached from my arm about 4 days early -- making it so I didn't get a photo of it on me. I will say, I found it absolutely fascinating to see how different foods and exercise affected my glucose. I loved being able to track it and see how long it took to come back down after a large meal or dessert. Very insightful! The real time reading in the app was nice, and the app was super user friendly!

Easy Application
on April 2, 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So happy I was able to try this out. I’ve never used a device like this before. The directions in the app made it so easy to apply. It’s cool to be able to check what your levels are at any time. The device has a nice slim design that it’s very comfortable to have on. I keep forgetting it’s there. Shower with it no problem. Doesn’t seem like it’s lost any stickiness. Bumped it a few times with no pain. I can’t speak to the accuracy because I have no way to test that but I do see the levels change after I eat and things like that so I’d imagine that’s a good sign.

Great!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve never used one of these before. It does taking some getting use to, but once you get the hang of it, it’s easy. I’m terrified of brics and needles but I could barely feel when inserted. I’ve bumped it a few times and it’s still stayed in. It’s helped so much see which types of food raise my levels. Instructions are easy to follow and it’s super easy to get it connected. Lingo isn’t just for someone with a diagnosis it helps you keep track of so many things.

Great for tracking affects of sugar
on April 2, 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve always been concerned with whether my sugar levels were too high or low, so I was excited to try out the Continuous Glucose Monitor from Lingo. This sensor for glucose monitoring is pretty awesome as it helps you know if you should maybe look into getting an actual glucose test done. I like that it helps me regulate what I eat more, like I avoid more sugars. I think I’m a little bit more active because of it too. It does kind of hurt to put in, to me it felt like a shot, but I think that is because I put it too low on my arm. I do wish the directions were a little bit more descriptive as to where to put it on your arm. I wish it kind of had like measurements, like place this many inches up from your elbow or something like that so I would have made sure to put it in the right spot. I don’t know if because I placed it too low in my arm if the accuracy could have been affected. I like that I can log my food and my exercise and different things that I do and I can see how it directly affects my glucose. It does take some getting used to having it in your arm altogether though. Overall I think this is a pretty good product and it was easy to set up with the app and everything.

Comfortable and easy to use, highly effective

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This initially looked very intimidating because I am scared of needles, but once you do it, its not painless, and is a comfortable process. Please watch videos before you use it. I was also able to track my insulin anytime on my app, which I loved the most. i was able to see what food groups spiked my blood glucose level. Hopefully, I can manage my insulin resistance soon.

Great learning experience!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm terrified of needles so if you're like me, I recommend not looking at the needle because it's so much scarier than it looks! Prepping for install was super easy with soap & rubbing alcohol. My partner helped with installation and it honestly did not hurt. I do have thick arms so maybe that gave me a buffer but I'm pleasantly surprised. It was super easy to set up the app and get connected to the sensor.
At 10 days, the sticky edge around the sensor was showing some lifting. I am impressed how well it held up to sweat and water. As far as I know, the sensor worked well the entire time, but I did not check my glucose levels another way to confirm. I only removed the insert because I caught it on a shirt while changing and I must have pulled a little too much. The sticky part lifted and I was painlessly able to remove the sensor. There was a little residue of the glue to wipe off afterwards. This was so helpful to assist in me being able to manage this disruption, by eating more protein or having a light snack closer to bedtime. Thankfully, I'm not pre-diabetic but I really enjoy this device to see my body's patterns and how it reacts to different foods!
I work in healthcare and I've been curious to monitor my glucose levels because sometimes I do feel shaky and would joke about having low sugar levels so I could have a snack. I'm glad I wore this sensor during a very stressful day where I didn't eat enough. That afternoon, I got shaky and was able to see the level had dropped below the normal limits, so I was right with the past guess! I also found that when I woke up randomly between 2-4 am, the monitor showed a drop below normal then, too.
I really enjoyed this experience for two weeks and would absolutely do it again! I've also recommended to family members that may need to watch their glucose levels and have it checked more than their yearly doctor visits.

Good monitor, poor support
on April 3, 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had some issues getting my account setup in the Lingo app. I emailed support and did not hear back for almost 2 weeks which was a bit frustrating. Eventually the app bug was fixed and I set up my account and put on the monitor. Application was easy and only stung a bit. The adhesive has stayed on well after several showers and a few workouts. The glucose readings seem to be accurate but I don’t have a second method to verify. It updates often. Overnight there seem to be some strange data points that I’ve read could be due to pressure from my sleeping position. The monitor has disconnected a couple times but I get a notification and reconnect via Bluetooth easily. Overall, the data has been useful for understanding my energy levels throughout the day in relation to my meals.
