[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this CGM. I love being able to see how my food choices influence my glucose. Glucose spikes are not great for aging and longevity. It’s a great way to make sure I’m doing this for my health and aging. Definitely recommend this and the price point isn’t terrible. It stays on the skin the whole time. I was very worried it would come off but it’s very durable.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love the interface of the app to track my glucose throughout the day. It was nice it connected to my Apple Health so workout would show up automatically. I could add food and see how that would cause a spike. Instructions were easy to follow and the monitor stayed on the whole two weeks. Easy to remove once it expired. I feel like I now have a better understanding of how food impacts my body and energy levels. This is my third time using this CGM and I could see myself using it again. Packaging has basically everything you need other than the alcohol wipe.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This device appeared to work really well! It was super easy and not painful at all to apply. It gave me a really good insight to my glucose and when my spikes where and what to watch out for. Also love how it came with recipe ideas!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think these are fun to track how one's eating habits affect their glucose control. I eat pretty healthily but it was still enlightening and sometimes surprising to see what foods spiked my sugars and didn't. The device was easy enough to place but it only lasted me about 7 days before malfunctioning... what the heck! Luckily the replacement process is pretty simple but still a hassle... i also was confused by the concept of Lingo points. I'm not sure what the numerical score really meant as the app did not explain it very well so that impeded my interpretation of the data the sensor was collecting. Overall I recommend this product to anyone curious as it certainly provides new insights to our daily routine.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First, the negatives: 1. There are some pretty big issues with Lingo and Bluetooth. It stopped working several times, telling me to restart Bluetooth, or restart my phone. For reference, I have an iPhone 16 pro that has no trouble with other Bluetooth devices. 2. The sensor did not work for 2 weeks as advertised, only 10 days. 3. There is no alert system to tell you if your glucose was too high or low. While this isn’t meant for diabetics, if you are wearing this to see if you have a glucose problem, it needs to alert you if it detects dangerous levels. 4. The app prompts you to add a reason for each spike it detects, which results in a clustered screen. 5. There is no easy way to see your overview of data points for a time period of your choosing. It only shows averages. 6. Since this kit isn’t for diabetics, it should have included an alcohol wipe. I’m sure it’s obvious to a diabetic that you’ll need one before applying your sensor, but those without experience may not think about it.
The positive: 1. The sensor stayed put for two weeks with no issue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I say this works miracles and is super important to have so you can keep up knowing your blood sugar and pressure all in one app and easy for you to access it once you apply it on you I’ll say I thought it was going to hurt to apply it because no one ever talks about that long needle that just stays in you for so long but tha pain wasn’t as bad and setup is very clear as well with tha instructions I recommend for anyone to take a shower and scrub that area you’ll be thinking to apply it as well I believe you can also put it in other places on your body so that’s cool
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an awesome product! The app is easy to use and the product itself was easy to apply. For context, I do not have diabetes but I have tried another CGM before mainly for educational purposes. I was excited to try this one and found it quite easy to use. The applicator works well and doesn’t hurt. I don’t even notice the CGM on my arm, and it did not bother me while sleeping. The Bluetooth did take a little bit of time for it to connect with the CGM and get values but once it did, it worked great. I also like how there are prompts and challenges in the app to allow me to keep track of my health goals while wearing this device. Overall, I would recommend this for anyone who wants some more insight on their health trends! It’s very interesting to see how certain foods and exercise impact my glycemic control.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The packaging was compact and cute..Its kinda cool like a small battery you put on your arm that gives you awesome support on your glucose levels! The performance is amazing! Took me a few days to get used to it but now I wish my trial was longer! Its helped me a lot with meal prep! And I've learned how important improving your glucose can be! Im gonna MISS the alerts!
