Easy to use, great information!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really excited to try the lingo glucose monitor. I often feel really tired after eating lunch but had never really thought much about it. This glucose monitor helped me realize which foods made me extra tired vs which foods kept me energized for the afternoon. I had one day when I was working and kept making more coffee. I checked my glucose monitor and it was staying elevated for awhile and more than normal. I switched from coffee to electrolytes and water and that helped me return to normal without a huge sugar crash. Overall the app was easy to use and helped give me information about my body that I had always suspected but never researched. I also do better with more frequent, smaller meals throughout the day.
The setup was easy and didn’t hurt. I had part of one day where the sensor said there was an error and to check back. By the next morning it was fine. I used it for 2 weeks and couldn’t even feel it.
I highly recommend this if you do not have diabetes but are interested to know more about how your body reacts to certain foods - which foods give you energy vs making you exhausted afterwards.

Very informative

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have NEVER done anything like this, I also didnt read and understand what I was testing until I opened it and realized I would be wearing it for 2 weeks lol so to begin it is very easy to learn about and use. A simple QR code scan and it told me as well as showed me what to do and what to expect in the following weeks. I appreciated the app. And the follow thru from the app and instructions. Daily challenges to do and also daily learning about my body and i started a fitness/health journey myself so to watch in real time is truly helpful. I have taken multiple showers in 2 weeks, brushed up or hit walls, chased around my kids and got it caught on a few things but it never moved, super durable.

Simple, easy, and effective!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Lingo Continuous Glucose Monitor is the first CGM I have ever used and I was blown away at how easy it is to use from start to finish. It paired easily, calibrated quickly (within an hour), and was painless to apply and remove. It held up to a full two weeks of use in the hot AZ sun without issue. The readings were consistent but did seem to run about 10 lower than what my doctors office reported. No biggie though, I just updated accordingly and was good to go! Great simple device for those looking to get insight into how their eating habits impact mood, energy, and overall health.

So easy to apply and use!

Also, I loved getting so many valuable insights from the app about how my body responds to different foods and activities. Some information was really surprising. Such a great product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This glucose monitor was extremely easy to install. I didn’t feel a thing. The app is easy to set up, so no problems there. I was surprised that it took about 24 hours before I got an actual reading. That just doesn’t seem like a good value. But as far as I know, once I did start getting readings they were accurate. It was neat to see my blood sugar values in real time. After a few days I developed a red ring around the adhesive which I’m pretty sure was blood. Not sure why it was there, but it was gross enough to look at that I wound up removing the device early.

Great If you need to keep track of your glucose levels!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoy using this item: if you are having issues with your glucose this is for you. I log my information and can see which foods spikes my levels. Great way to stay on top of things. The device that you have to put on your arm is easy to apply and it doesn’t hurt to apply. I can get it wet which is great for showers which makes it durable and long lasting. The app stays up to date and will alert you when it’s time to check your levels.
