Easy to use, great information!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really excited to try the lingo glucose monitor. I often feel really tired after eating lunch but had never really thought much about it. This glucose monitor helped me realize which foods made me extra tired vs which foods kept me energized for the afternoon. I had one day when I was working and kept making more coffee. I checked my glucose monitor and it was staying elevated for awhile and more than normal. I switched from coffee to electrolytes and water and that helped me return to normal without a huge sugar crash. Overall the app was easy to use and helped give me information about my body that I had always suspected but never researched. I also do better with more frequent, smaller meals throughout the day.
The setup was easy and didn’t hurt. I had part of one day where the sensor said there was an error and to check back. By the next morning it was fine. I used it for 2 weeks and couldn’t even feel it.
I highly recommend this if you do not have diabetes but are interested to know more about how your body reacts to certain foods - which foods give you energy vs making you exhausted afterwards.

Easy to use CGM for first timers

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first CGM I have tried. Overall it was super easy to apply thanks to the instructions and did not hurt. The area was sore the first day or so after application, but not bad. It stayed on all 14 days and made it through hot showers and multiple work outs. I even bumped it a time or two while changing and it stayed on. The app was easy to use and there are even challenges you can do. Honestly I didn’t do any as I was confused how to start one. I liked that you can add in when you worked out, what you were doing and for how long to see how your glucose responded. The food portion could have been better. The on part that bothered me is turning on and off my Bluetooth every time I opened the app, but overall I liked it and will purchase more in the future.

Easy to setup and shows glucose instantly!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lingo Continuous Glucose Monitor is so easy to use and gives me some good info to follow! Once you open the package, get the Biosensor ready & clean your arm with alcohol wipe, open the Biosensor packand u screw cap from the Applicator, line up the applicator & the pack & press down firmly until it clicks then lift out the applicator, place applicator on back of arm and push down firmly to apply the biosensor. Gently pull off the applicator and put cap on and dispense. Now download the Lingo Biosensor app and follow the directions to get started. Once everything is complete and your account is ready, you have to have the Biosensor on for an hour before any settings will show. Once the hour is up, it will alert you and you can see you numbers. This biosensor is setup for a 2 week period to help you get into good health habits, personalize reports, insights tailored for you and minute by minute glucose datasent to your phone. The app gives you daily info, challenges, tutorials, recipes & daily fundamentals for a personalized approach to good nutrition!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m testing the Lingo Glucose Biosensor and I’m shocked. It’s shows in real time how my body reacts to every food. Even things I thought were okay are causing glucose spikes. Perfect for anyone who wants to better understand their own body and energy levels, and even to help with healthy eating. Technology that really makes a difference. It’s not just for diabetics, it’s more focused on lifestyle and preventive health. It usually lasts about 14 days. Things I loved : no need to prick your finger, very comfy, real time data, very modern / high tech and really helps with mindful eating. Cost it’s reasonable for what it offer.

Not the biggest fan

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not to fond of this could not get the app to work with device. I was super uncomfortable with the size and the way you wear it on your arm. It made a pretty big hole with needle when u put it on your arm. Not so reliable with this machine. Needs a little help connecting and maybe a better replacement that does not gouge the skin

Easy to use and painless

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always been curious if I have low blood sugar or not because I get super shaky and sick sometimes, so I tried this product. I was surprised to see when I felt that way, my blood sugar was actually within normal ranges, so that was interesting. It was also very interesting to see what foods spiked and dropped my blood sugar and I avoided those more. It was incredibly easy and painless to insert- and I’m a huge baby! If I can do it, anyone can. I didn’t notice it was there. The adhesive is incredibly sticky. After about a week it started to itch sometimes, but not bad. Otherwise it wasn’t a bother at all and didn’t get snagged on clothes or anything. The app was super easy to use, anyone can do it. It was really cool to try out!
