Need to understand how your diet affects your glucose level

I've been using it for two weeks as part of my routine diet, and it helps me clearly see and understand how what I eat affects my glucose levels, which has helped me adjust my diet. Easy to apply, and a convenient app for seeing all the probes. If you need to understand your glucose level, we highly recommend it.

Balanced health

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Lingo Continuous Glucose Monitor for free from Influenster in exchange for tracking my glucose levels and providing my honest opinion.
I applied and tested the glucose monitor on my arm for 14 days to observe how my blood sugar levels fluctuate after eating certain foods. My goal was to achieve a more balanced state of health and identify which foods I should eliminate or reduce in my diet.
Performance: First off, I want to say that the monitor really works; I noticed that bread, desserts, and rice cause my glucose levels to spike almost immediately, as reflected on the device. It also helps me identify exactly what causes my energy levels to dip while I’m at work. I really like that the monitor is small and discreet.
Considerations: Due to daily showering, the adhesive tends to weaken over time. Therefore, I recommend avoiding scrubbing the area and covering the monitor with plastic to help it last longer.
It could potentially be a bit too expensive for my budget in the long run.

Cool experience but the connection problem is a dealbreaker.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a little intimidating to put on my body but it was very easy. Just a little strange having it stuck on my arm. I was super excited to get this data but when I tell you that 9 times out of 10, I’d open up the app and the sensor had lost the connection with my phone. That was super frustrating. It was nice to export all my data at the end of the two weeks, but I had wanted real time readings and that just wasn’t the case. Overall, the adhesive stuck to my skin with no problem; even with showering every day. I was careful drying off from the shower and dressing and it was pretty easy to avoid anything pulling on it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very impressed with this continuous glucose monitor. First of all, the price is affordable and well worth it for all the data it gives. The app is intuitive and easy to use. It is easy to read the information on the app. The biosensor is very easy to apply. I cannot even feel it on the back of my arm yet it’s very secure. It was so interesting to discover the foods and circumstances that spiked my blood sugar versus those that didn’t.

A helpful two-week look at my glucose trends

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the Lingo contiguous glucose monitor two-week plan and overall I’ve had a really positive experience. I mainly was curious about how various foods or workouts would affect my body and this gave me a really clear picture. The set up was simple with easy instructions on the app for application and use. Once it was on, it was easy to forget about it. You would simply open the app, scan it across the sensor and grab the data. It was really convenient to see my glucose trends throughout the day and connect the dots with the things I consume and how I feed throughout the day. I wouldn’t say it’s something everyone needs, but if you’re curious about your own patterns, it’s an interesting tool. Overall, it’s easy, informative, and a great way to figure out how food and exercise change your glucose levels.

Convenient but cause bleeding

Comfortable and super easy to use!

The app is easy to set up and use and displays your current glucose level as well as your glucose trend line over the past several days.

The sensor was very easy to apply and I barely felt it. I like being a let to see how my glucose changes throughout the day and how different foods affect my body . The sensor is small, comfortable and stay in place well .
