Know You Better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A fun way to find out how what you eat effects your body, mood, energy, and sleep. Setup is as simple as downloading and app and pressing the applicator on your arm. The instructions are easy to follow and the app offers a lot of tips and insights to your managing your glucose. You can watch how food and drinks affect your body in real time. I figured out why I keep waking up throughout the night because of glucose spikes from eating too late in the evening. So I’ve cut myself off at an earlier time and have been sleeping noticeable better. A well known author and podcaster says everyone should try monitoring glucose at least once just to get a better understanding of your body and its relationship to certain types of foods and I couldn’t agree more.

Innovative

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As someone who’s never monitored their glucose, this was such an interesting way to do it. The application was a little intimidating at first when seeing the needle, but it ended up being painless once applied. The monitor itself didn’t irritate my skin and was easy to remove. The app that goes along with the monitor tracks what you eat and assigns points based on those items. I thought that it was pretty cool to see how certain foods affect your blood glucose levels, especially since this is something I don’t think about on a daily basis.

Cool health device!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been wanting to try a glucose monitor to just get more data about my health. The insertion of the device is very easy, and the app is really helpful to use. I will say my only ding is that the device is quite big, and I wish there was a way to wear this more discretely. As a woman with small arms, the device takes up significantly more space than the men they used to do visualize the installation demonstration.

Found a good bit of value

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a bit skeptical but interested in tracking my blood sugar and seeing if I could tie chronic headaches to any blood sugar drops and surges. The application was easy—although the package didn’t come with the alcohol wipe, so I had to dig around for one. Otherwise, the details were included in the package and walked through on the app. There were no problems connecting the biosensor with the app, and once inserted, after the initial sting of the needle, the biosensor was comfortable and I didn’t feel it on most days. Even laying it on it at night felt fine.
The app was pretty easy to use and had some explainer videos, which helped me to make sense of the numbers. I only lost connection once midway through the 14-day period and it restored itself shortly after.
I thought the insights into my blood sugar and the ability to track food, exercise and stress were interesting. The application also provided challenges to keep me more engaged. I’m not sure I ended up learning anything groundbreaking, but it helped me to be really perceptive and look deeper into what I was eating and doing.

This is a very informative way to stay healthy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was going to use this for my husband but I decided to try it myself and I'm glad I did! I have times throughout the day where I get tired or start craving sweet food so I wanted to test it out. The set up is easy the app explains step by step how to get started. I was kind of nervous about it hurting when I applied the monitor but I didn't feel a thing!! It connects to your phone and keeps track of your glucose levels all day and night! I have had a couple of high spikes so I am going to keep a close eye on it and let my Dr see the results as well. This is perfect for me because I have a hard time explaining what I feel through the day so instead of me worrying about explaining it correctly to my Dr I can just show him the results and trust that my health is in great hands! I definitely recommend this product 100%
