This monitor is so fascinating!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The lingo continuous glucose monitor has pleasantly surprised and FASCINATED me. I had never given much thought to what my glucose was doing during the day but have found myself constantly checking in to see what is affecting it. Exercise, rest, food, Etc. on the app you are able to “log events” that coincide with spikes/ drops in your glucose which helps the app understand your activity more. The initial application had me worried and scared because I wasn’t sure if it would hurt or not but the application was literally nothing! Shockingly painless and effortless. There are clear instructions for the process: cleaning, alcohol wipe, and drying.. then proper placement. I felt nothing and cannot even tell I am wearing it. It is small, light, and painless. It adheres during showers / sweating without issue too. The sensor is able to send notifications if your device isn’t reachable. It is advised not to use this in substitution for proper medical diagnosis but as a curious person it is interesting to see how my body is working. You are able to set goals that you would like to see your body achieve and work with towards them. Recommend to any health conscious person! Knowledge is power :)

Love this continuous glucose monitor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This monitor stays on great! I roll in my sleep , take hot baths, etc & it has stayed on through it all. It monitors great with minute - minute readings and also have a logging option for your food / daily activities. I definitely recommend this monitor for anyone looking to monitor for diet / lifestyle purposes. It can have some moments were it’s a gives off a low reading but only while sleeping on it / in hot baths etc so definitely would not rely on this for any medical purposes.

It gives me peace of mind and helps me stay on track with my health. The app is easy to use , the instructions are easy to understand too

Very easy to use!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Interesting device with insights into what lowers or spikes your glucose. The application was very easy and painless (though the needle at first seems scary but you really don’t notice it at all on setup). The local area of my arm felt a bit uncomfortable for the first two days and then it fades away and you don’t notice it. The app is very easy to use and if you carefully log in activities or food you had it helps you identify patterns.
