It actually works

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a little bit skeptical about this product because for 1 I’m scared of needles and 2 I was worried about something be on me for weeks like connected to me. But overall the process was easy for a needle freak like me and I was able to get a better understanding of my eating habits so I’m able to make better choices in the future.

It doesn’t hurt when you put on

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using for a few days now and it easy to use than I thought. It scares at first and took me few day to decide to put it on. My blood pressure was high and I have diabetes when I pregnant last year. I always want to check my blood pressure everyday so this machine is a good one. The sensor is small and comfortable on my arm. What I like is I am able to see my glucose change after eating food. The apps also easy to understand

Insightful and Easy to Use!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been wearing my Lingo CGM for over a week and I've had no issues with it and have loved the information on my blood sugar. To start, it's very easy to place on the back of your arms, and I've forgotten that I have been wearing it it's been absolutely pain-free and comfortable. Once you have it on and have downloaded the phone app, you just tap your phone to it and then it's synced. Within the app, you can input your food, drink, and any exercise so that you can really see how your sugars are reacting. Personally, I am not pre-diabetic so my use for this was just for the sake of wanting to know to influence healthy lifestyle decisions. Overall, I would recommend this product if you're looking for a way to have constant, easy to understand information about your blood sugar.

Interesting health data

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a person who does not have diabetes, I was curious to monitor my glucose levels in order to make tweaks and use data to ensure a healthy lifestyle with good food choices and activity. It is great to see the trends and make modifications based on them! It’s easy to put in. The instructions on the app are clear and it’s easy to use the product. It is not painful to put in or wear. I did have to open and close the app a few times during setup and also sometimes when trying to get readings. I am not sure it works 100 percent flawlessly but for the price, I can’t complain. I think this is an interesting lifestyle monitor that provides insight where other wearables cannot.

Easy to get started and insightful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to try this monitor as it’s going to give me a lot of important information as a runner. I am already aware of Abbott due to their sponsorship of running, so I was already very trusting of this brand for health care. As a runner, managing glucose levels is very important, so I wanted to better understand it. I’m also a little squeamish of needles and things going into my skin, but this was easy to apply by myself, and the steps were simple and spelled out, see example from the app. So it’s definitely easy to get going. So far the insights have been interesting, I’m going to use it over a long run this weekend and see what the results are for that specifically, and report back with more information and feedback. I love having the real time visibility of levels and the app is easy to navigate.

Easy to use continuous glucose monitor with powerful insights

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been really impressed with the lingo continuous glucose monitor and have already ordered another sensor. I’ve always been curious about how my body responds to different food, workouts, and even stress. This device makes it incredibly easy to see those patterns in real time.
The sensor was surprisingly easy to apply (literally zero pain) and equally comfortable to wear. I don’t even notice it’s on. Once it was set it was on and set up, the app walked me through everything step by step. I love that I can quickly glance at my glucose throughout the day and see how it responds to things like meals, sleep, exercise and even stress from my kids.
One things that’s been super interesting is seeing how meals that i considered to be super healthy cause a big spike in my blood sugars. It’s been really helpful playing around with different protein and fiber levels to see how my body responds. It’s been a very helpful tool.
I also appreciate how the data feels empowering and not overwhelming. Insights are clear and actionable, which makes it feeel like a wellness tool and not a medical device.
Overall, I think this is a great tool for anyone looking to optimize their metabolic health and wellness.
