Easy to use cgm

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have really enjoyed using this cgm. I did not know much about cgm’s before using, so I feel like I didn’t insert it in the best spot - it kind of hurt for the first few days after insertion, I just felt a pinchy feeling in the spot I inserted it. But after using it for almost two weeks, that has gone away, and I feel as if I would put it in a better spot next time. My favorite part had been experimenting with how different foods spike my glucose. I love the way it gives you instant feedback and you can record what you ate at that moment, and it will tell you how that spiked your glucose. The lingo count is very interesting and helpful - it’s basically a combination of the height of the spike and the duration. At the end of each day you get a summary of the lingo count which is also very helpful for tracking. One other issue I found is they sometimes the bluetooth would take a while to connect and sync the data. I do have an older iphone, so that may be a part of it. In sum, I would highly recommend this for anyone who is just curious about how their food is affecting their glucose in real time.

Great start for a healthy lifestyle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first time I have ever seen and tried a machine like this. Installing was actually very easy. No pain when I put it on. The size is perfect. I don’t even feel it. What I enjoy is that it notifies me when my glucose is high. The app itself is very simple to follow. I definitely recommend this for anyone that is interested in starting a healthy lifestyle. One last thing I really liked is that I only taped it with my phone and it was connected.

It didn't stick very well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It wasn't very adorable.I put it on, and it literally fell off after about a week.It fell somewhere, and I never was able to find it.It constantly went in and out.It really didn't do a good job. The instructions weren't very good

Great tool!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loved using this product! I was worried it would feel intimidating to put on but it was super easy and the directions were very clear. The app walks you through all the steps and it synced very quickly. I have had it on for 2 weeks yet and don’t notice it at all and it is still sticky. The readings are up to date and provide some really interesting data. The app also provides some suggestions based on the readings. There is really no maintenance until 2 weeks when you have to change the reader on your arm. I have loved seeing which foods impact me more and ways I can better stabilize my blood sugar!

Able to get wet in shower and withstand rigorous workouts. I hardly know it's on! Very interesting to use to see how your glucose changes with different foods, exercise, and overnight

Something everyone should try once!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As someone that generally has no idea what their glucose is at this is a very useful product! It’s fun to eat something and then literally watch your glucose change. I’m kind of a baby when it comes to needles but application of this device is absolutely painless. I thought i did it wrong because I felt nothing on application. The app works well and updates quick. I wore it for a week before pulling it off. If you’re into fitness this is a very useful tool for fueling!

Great concept for tracking glucose but hardly set up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to try the lingo glucose because the idea of tracking glucose to better understand nutrition is very interesting. The package and app set up were straightforward, and the instructions were clear. However, i personally had trouble getting sensors to work even when following all the steps on app. I am not sure if it was the device issue or something specific to my set up. I still think the concept is great and could be very helpful for people interesting in learning more about how their body responds to food.

Easy setup and very accurate

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great continuous glucose monitor. Very easy installation with the app on the phone. No pain at all. The sensor seems to be very accurate and is able to give me a good understanding of how my body responds to different food and stressors. It lasts the two weeks and stays in place. No need to change out during that time as the battery lasts that whole time. It took about 1 hour at the start to calibrate to your body and then smooth sailing from there. The alerts and notifications are very helpful and give insight into changes that you can make .
