The needle doesn't stay in you and you don't feel it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given this product for free in exchange for my honest opinion. The Lingo Continuous Glucose Monitor was a fascinating device that gave me information I'd otherwise not be about to see. That being my blood glucose which is something I've always been curious about.
Starting out, let's talk about applying the monitor. The instructions are very easy to follow. I'll admit though that it took me about an hour to apply it because I was so creeped out by the needle! It wasn't until I did some research that I found out the needle DOES NOT stay in you! Even so, it took me some time gathering my willpower till I accidentally applied enough pressure to get it on my upper arm. Thankfully, it didn't hurt one bit!!
I was able to connect the sensor to my phone via Bluetooth and within an hour, I was reading my glucose. The only thing I had to keep in mind was having my phone close enough to receive the data. If you get separated though, don't worry because it will backlog your glucose levels. Additionally, while I felt I had to be careful with that arm for a bit, the glue from the tape was very strong and I had no worries the entire two weeks that it would come off. Even so that when it was time to take the device off, i had to work at it a bit.
The app was pretty straightforward and I was about to open it up anytime to check my blood glucose. It was interesting to see what foods, exercise, or stress caused spikes in it. Something that was really cool though was that Lingo tries to teach you how to manage your blood glucose well. They had lots of little videos and challenges to try as well as the ability to log meals and activities in the app. Overall my experience with the app and device were very good and I would try something like this again in the future.

Interesting health journey

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really found it interesting to track my glucose over the two week Period.. The device was quite easy to use and comfortable very little discomfort on insertion and the only time I noticed it was in my sleep if I would roll on that arm., even then it was only occasionally. The photo shows what’s actually in your arm while it’s tracking your information.. I got some good insights and would recommend for anyone who enjoys learning about your baby and health. While I didn’t deviate from normal much I did find my sugar drops at night and causes me to wake. I am working on solicitors for that! Great health journey!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a great device! Very helpful in my case because sometimes my glucose level drops to the very low level. The app is very easy to understand and it shows a lot of information and gives me an advice what to eat, when to drink and sleep. First day I felt a little bit of discomfort because I felt a needle, but second day the feeling was gone and I even forgot that I have it on my arm. The small device attached to my arm is steady, adhesive is durable enough , so no worries about taking a shower or sleeping on the side. The device was packed very well in a nice small container, and instruction was in the box too.

Pleasantly surprised!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve never used one of these type monitors before but I was curious about my glucose levels to see if I could figure out why I’m always tired and lightheaded.
When I first opened the sensor, I had to mentally prepare myself because there was a NEEDLE that sat in my skin. I HATE needles so I had to do some deep breathing to get myself ready to apply it. I was terrified! After I applied the sensor, I literally said, “oh! That’s it?!” I didn’t even feel it and that’s saying a lot! I was sure I would at least feel it like a shot but literally nothing at all. My arm felt slightly strange for a couple hours afterwards, like I could tell there was something in my skin but I had to really think about it to notice it. I had completely forgotten it was there by the end of the day. Taking it off, however, was probably the worst part, due to the super sticky tape. It might be easier to remove it in the shower or bath.
The app was great and a lot more interactive than I anticipated, giving me tips, goals, awards, places to log meals and symptoms, etc. There was a slight delay in sending the data to the phone if the app was closed but it catches up after a minute.
Overall, I was very pleasantly surprised about this monitor! Zero pain when applying the sensor and the app was great and informative. The sensor stayed one the entire two weeks and I didn’t have any issues in the bath or shower.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was my first time using a glucose monitor and I was really excited to try it! It was surprisingly easy and not painful to adhere. I have already learned so much about my body from the insights. My only complaint is that you have to have your phone CLOSE by all the time or the app loses your monitor, which is a bit of a bummer. Overall, really have loved the data so far and pumped to keep using.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Lingo Monitor is a game changer when it comes to understanding your glucose levels, no more having to poke your fingers every few hours, now you have a way to know your levels in real time. It is especially useful if you are trying to understand what different foods do to your glucose level, specially useful if you are trying diets like Keto.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m really enjoying this glucose monitor, It’s so much help tracking metabolic health, nutrition, and fitness. This helps me keep on track throughout the day, checking what snacks, drinks, and whatever else might rise my glucose . Easy to apply, stays on without any issues, and is water resistance. I actually don’t even notice that I have it on which is a surprise. I like that the lingo app has all kinds of different features, like different meal preparation options, you can add what foods or beverages you had on pick the time , and so much more. The setup was simple as well, and maintaining was minimal. But I did have some issues with it disconnecting from my Bluetooth especially at night. I would have to either turn my phone off and on or the Bluetooth off and back on. But overall I like the experience of being able to track my glucose and this device and app gave me a better focus on what to eat and drink and what times my glucose levels were raising.
