[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first got the lingo glucose monitor I was a little worrisome with applying it to my body howveer it was one of the most easy ways of applying one of these. It was so quick and simple to where I was able to do it on my own. It was also spring loaded so it was FAST. While using it, i did however have difficulties of watching my arm it was applied to so I did hit it off but even when I did hit it, it was stuck there. I will most likely be buying this on my own and seeing how far this will help with monitoring

Wish it connected to Bluetooth better

I have type 2 diabetes. I’m not on insulin so my health insurance doesn’t cover these devices. It’s really helpful to see how what you eat affects your glucose. My only complaint is how the buggy the Bluetooth connection is . I can see my TV my bathroom fan has a Bluetooth even a cheap microphone from the dollar store connected but the device an arms length away constantly disconnects or won’t connect forcing me to turn Bluetooth on and off .
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great biosensor

I am motivated to develop healthy eating habits because this allows me to see the immediate impact of the foods and drinks I consume. This sensor application is painless and stays on easily. There is no pulling or discomfort from adhesive. I highly suggest tracking your glucose with this biosensor and app from Lingo

Easy to know your glucose level with it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] That’s my first experience of using any glucose monitor. Before I just took blood tests. But not often. This format allows to get diagrams and understand your glucose level, what influences it. In my case that’s a meal and activity. Even healthier meal led to less glucose level. The application was really easy. Connects to your phone in seconds. Then you can check the level during the day and analyze after some days. That’s the way to make your life healthier by understanding how. The sensor itself is small. I was even able to take showers and do all the things I did without it, it stayed where it was supposed to be.

Works as Advertised

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the Lingo Continuous Glucose Monitor for about a day, and it seems to do its job really well. Connecting to the app through Bluetooth was really easy and the monitor seems to be very responsive to what I eat and drink.
I don't have a history of glucose issues, but I was curious to try it out to see what my levels are. Lingo makes it clear that the device should not be used instead of going to a doctor, and should not be used to test if you need to see a doctor. If you have concerns over your glucose levels, see a doctor, and if they recommend you monitor your glucose levels, Lingo could be a good option for you.
The only issue I'm having with the device is that it is not as pain free as it is advertised to be. The needle is a little longer than I expected, and it did hurt a little when applied (though applying it is pretty easy). After the application, I still feel a slight discomfort the entire time that it is attached. It's not enough pain to need to remove it, but I know it's there. That being said, if I needed this device for health reasons, I'm sure it would be worth the mild pain. Maybe if I tried a different spot on my arm, it would feel better.
