Great, painless, way to monitor glucose!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the two week plan with the Lingo Glucose Monitor. Overall I liked it! I’ve never had an issue with my glucose and this confirmed my numbers are still good, so it’s not something I’d personally continue to use long-term. That said, it was interesting to see how my body responded to certain foods and daily habits. Very comfortable to wear, painless to put on, and the app worked well for me. I’d definitely recommend if you’re curious about your glucose numbers or need to monitor them due to your health history.

Easy to set up, use, and understand!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used my Lingo sensor and app for a two week subscription because I wanted to learn more about my health and how my day to day habits, like eating and working out, impact my glucose. I learned that my glucose levels are very good and that my body does a good job staying in a healthy range, even if I have a coke or handful of candy.
Setting up the sensor and app was easy, and instructions were clear. I would have liked for the kit to include an alcohol wipe, since that is a required step in installing the sensor, but everything else was included. It was painless, and though I was nervous about putting it on, it was easy! After installing it, I mostly forgot it was there. I could not feel it, and it stayed stuck for the full two weeks even through baths, showers, and workouts.
The app is also easy to use and understand. I did have some trouble keeping it connected to the app. There would be multiple hours when it was disconnected, but once it reconnected, all of the data for the missing period was available in the app.

Review your glucose with this sensor!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Lingo CGM is a really useful tool to see how your body process food and how you respond to different types of food, stress and exercise.
The instructions were clear, and easy to apply to yourself. The sensor is about the size of an Airtag. It tracks your glucose continuously for up to 2 weeks before the tracker falls off.
The tracker is comfortable as I don't even notice im wearing it, its waterproof and tracks your workout and sleep.
As soon as you attach the sensor there is an hour countdown before it syncs up to the app.
This is a good product if you were ever curious about glucose and how your body is digesting it and how it affects you.

Small and easy to use

The device is small, circular patch that attaches easily to the back of my upper arm, and it delivers real-time readings straight to the app. It’s such a relief to have a painless method to track my glucose levels rather than pricking my finger. Being able to check my levels at a glance makes it much easier to make smarter food choices throughout the day and helps me avoid unnecessary snacking. Altogether, it’s made staying on top of my diet, lifestyle, and overall well-being feel far less overwhelming.

Unfortunately

I am sure it would have been a great experience as I have been wondering about my sugar intake. It did go on my skin securely. When I put my phone (app) up to it a message came on saying I needed a new one.

Game Changer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to be selected to test the Lingo Continuous Glucose Monitor in exchange for my honest review. I will start by saying that it is my opinion that every person should continuously monitor their glucose a few times a year. It is an eye opener, especially if you want to lose weight and eat healthier. I plan to do this again.
The Lingo monitor is easy to put on. I experienced a tiny bit of discomfort when putting it on for the first time but nothing to complain about. The app is full of helpful tips and education. I thought I knew what I needed to know about glucose, spikes in glucose, etc. I learned so much from the app. The past few years I have fasted for so many hours a day while sometimes cutting carbs. I was given 2 weeks of monitoring. One week I ate however I wanted. The next week I cut down on carbs and ate only during the non fasting hours. I can now say that after using this monitor, I know what works best for me. Not only did Lingo help me decipher spikes, etc, but I felt better. Everyone is different and I truly believe that everyone could benefit from the Lingo Continuous Glucose Monitor.
My only complaint is that I had to constantly connect it to my phone. I have my phone on me 24/7, plenty of times on my person and it would still lose connection.
I’m so thrilled that this technology exists and not only do I plan to do it again, I plan on doing it for my older teenagers. I really think Lingo is a fabulous tool for anyone trying to live a healthier life.

Would Try Again

I clicked it once and felt a pinch but it stayed in the applicator and I don’t believe a second punch is okay to do. I did clean the skin and allow it to dry. It’s possible I received a faulty item. I love the idea of it and the information it provides so I would definitely try it again.
