Nice and easy way to work on a healthier lifestyle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Lingo glucose monitor is easy to use, and the app has some interesting information. The monitor was easy to attach to my arm. It transmitted the information and helped me work on getting a healthier lifestyle. The monitor stayed on, and I hardly noticed it. I like that I am able to check my glucose without having to use needles each time, especially since I don't have diabetes and wonder if my habits are helping my stay healthy. It is nice to be able to check and see if I notice anything that I may want to talk to my doctor about. It is a nice way to pay attention and start a healthier routine.

Fascinating and helpful!

I’ve been learning some tricks of how to keep my blood sugar spikes from being as dramatic and it’s awesome to watch the changes in real time. I will actually be purchasing another Lingo to try it a bit longer. My husband decided to buy one too, and we’ve been nerding out. I received this in exchange for an honest review from Influenster.

Easy to use blood sugar monitor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is very cool. It went on with almost no pain and was very easy. It’s annoying that it takes 60 minutes to connect to the app. But once it is connected it lasts and I found it to be pretty accurate. It lasts in the shower and everything. I have low blood sugar so I was happy to be able to try this out

The censor is very easy to attack to your under arm. You don’t really notice that it is on. Which is great. The app is simple and easy to use. It’s helped me understand my glucose levels.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using Lingo for two weeks now and it’s honestly been such an eye opening experience, I didn’t realize how much certain foods were spiking my glucose until I could actually see the data in real time .
The sensor is small and very easy to apply. The app is very user friendly,you can see how your body reacts to different meals ,stress and even sleep.

Empowering tool

Set up was extremely easy. The sensor is discrete and confortable to wear (you’ll forget you have it on). The app is very intuitive and offers great resources.
I’ve loved how educational it has been. Seeing how my body responds to food/excersise and stressors in real time has helped me understand glucose spikes and make smarter choices.
In summary, empowering tool for learning about my health.

Great addition and useful insight!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a fitness enthusiast and someone who loves insights on their body, recovery, performance, etc. this was a great addition to my other resources. Watching how certain foods spike my blood sugar and the timing of the spikes, helps me make more informed and better nutrition decisions. I would recommend this to anyone who enjoys learning about their body and how it responds. It didn’t irritate my skin but I know the adhesive is bothersome to others. It stayed put for the entire 14 days. I don’t prick my fingers so I can’t compare the blood sugar levels from the CGM to regular finger prick but based on energy levels during specific times of day, it was pretty accurate.
