I got my range a week ago. So far it’s working as expected and I’m happy with everything except the oven knobs. They get very hot when the oven is on. I will be contacting the company to see if they have a fix for this. Pros: there is no computer or touch screen, the burners are nicely sized and powerful, with even heat distribution, the oven works well and seems to bake evenly, the telescopic oven racks are great and I love the ease of access with the French doors. Cons: so far just the hot knobs, which get hot enough that you need oven mitts to turn them after an hour.

Only used once knobs are so hot they are unusable

Forced to leave a review upon trying to register the product...weird. I have little experience using the oven. Gorgeous look, incredible packaging, no out of the box issues. Upon first use, the knobs are scorching hot making them unusable. I am attempting to contact Forno now for resolution, let's see how that goes...

I Don't Really Know Yet.

I bought the Forno Massimo 30" freestanding electric range FFSEL6955-30. I was so excited to get this home and finally hook it up. But I had two problems right away. The light that indicates a hot surface went on as soon as it was plugged in and has never gone off. Second, the extention rail on the left side oven rack fell apart. Upon closer inspection the right side had a part the left side did not. I have started a service ticket so we'll see how it goes.

Massimo 30" French Door cooktop

Love the look - haven't had a chance to use it much yet. Marks left on cooktop after first use - - need to purchase cooktop cleaner to see if I can get it clean.

nice stove, however the burner knobs get very hot ,and the stove does not reach the temperature setting.
