My range arrived, professionally wrapped and packed. After installation, I noticed that the thermostat for the oven was wildly inaccurate and emailed Forno about the issue.
A nice email reply, followed by a personal phone call from the customer service folks led to a new thermostat being sent and a local service technician coming to install it. The new one is also inaccurate, though not by as much, and given the treatment I've received so far, I am sure that the issue will be resolved to my satisfaction.
The gas burners are powerful and take a bit of adjustment in cooking technique, but are a joy to use.
The red LED lights on the knobs---and the little red nightlights, too---are handy and a nice touch.
The hidden lower bake element is also a nice touch, and the convection fan is so quiet I had to check to make sure it was running.
The racks slide in and out with ease and the space for grabbing the racks with a potholder is very convenient.

Dirty cloudy oven window. Wobbly legs.

Dirty oven window. Looks like someone tried to wipe the dust away and failed. There are wipe smears and dusty dirt film on the enclosed interior oven window. Cannot use the "leveling legs" to level the oven because it causes the oven to wobble.

Lightweight panels are very easily damaged - be careful when moving. We like the roller bearing shelves with a pull out handle cutout. The wok ring is also useful to securely hold small pans over the burners.

Stove looks like it will be good. But....

The stove ordering process was easy. Shipping was pretty good.
However, the stove itself does not seem to be well crafted. Screw holes are offline by 1/8th of an inch which makes cover plates not align. The Oven Door opens but the sound of grinding metal accompanies it.

While I have only been using the range for about 4 days now, my overall Forno experience has been impeccable.
1. The range is beautiful. Looks and feels luxe and super high-end.
2. The range has some excellent features, which makes it perform like a more expensive range at about 1/5th of the price. Seriously, this thing is a beast, and everyone that's seen it has assumed that we spent 5K+ on it.
3. The wok ring is a must in my home, we opted to purchase the griddle as well. Solid choice.
4. The customer service has been impeccable. Courteous, fast responses, super helpful during the shopping process. I had a million questions, and everyone that helped took the time and made me feel valued.

Got the oven hooked up to new gas and electric finally got to use it. This range is next level! Have had to relearn how to cook.only used oven twice so far but it worked well. Has a few issues to start but Forno made good on the big one. It wobbles a bit and they really didn’t help with that issue. Even with that I would recommend this range, we really love it.
I would recommend this to a friend!
