If you are looking for a UL2252 certified NACS to CCS1 adapter, look no further. Lectron makes some of the most reliable EV charging hardware in the industry and this is no exception. This adapter incorporates an interlock mechanism, and capable of up to 1000 volts and 500 amps charging for maximum safety. I always recommend their products.

Gamechanger for non Tesla EV witb CCS port!

Extended EV road trips are made confident now! A much awaited game-changer for all non-Tesla EV drivers. We can now access Tesla superchargers, especially now that Tesla have NACS partnership with other major EV manufacturers. I find Lectron is a highly reliable adapter that bridges this divide. Solid built. UL2252 certified - so, able to handle high-speed charge rate of up to 500 kW / 1000V… without overheating. Also with secure interlock mechanism that mitigates against loosening, and unwanted electrical arcs during high-voltage charging. 👍🏻

I’ve tested this NACS to CCS DC adapter extensively while charging a CCS vehicle at Tesla Superchargers, and it performs exactly as advertised. The interlock mechanism is the real standout once connected, it physically prevents removal under load, which is critical for high-voltage DC safety. That’s something cheaper adapters simply don’t do.
Build quality feels solid, and the 500A / 1,000V rating gives plenty of headroom for current Supercharger output. I’ve used it on road trips without issues, and initialization through the Tesla app has been seamless.
If you’re going to charge a CCS vehicle on Tesla infrastructure, this is not the place to cut corners. The UL certification and locking design make this the adapter I trust.
